Thomas Bye is a seasoned expert in rail infrastructure construction with extensive experience in the UK and Canada. Beginning his career in the UK, Thomas worked across both the client and contractor sides, gaining comprehensive knowledge of project planning, execution, and quality assurance in complex rail systems. His hands-on involvement with diverse stakeholders helped him develop a strong understanding of the operational challenges faced by the rail industry.

In 2016, Thomas moved to Canada to take on leadership roles in several major light rail projects. There, he oversaw critical phases such as bid preparation, on-site construction management, testing, commissioning, and project close-out. These experiences provided him with a unique perspective on how innovative technologies and global best practices could modernize rail infrastructure monitoring and construction in North America.
